Manufacture date: 1869
Platen: 25″ x 38″.
We drove to Portland, Maine and picked up this R. Hoe & Co. iron handpress on Sunday, August 5. Along the way we had a nice half day stop at the Printing Museum in Andover, MA. If you have any interest in letterpress you need to find a way to get there for a couple of hours.
Now we need to get a tympan & frisket made.
